I'm the original owner of this vintage Seito watch bought in the middle of 1980. I'm an older person and selling off my treasures

 there is a little speck  at 11:03 on the watch face. You almost can't see

could be something stuck or a possible tiny scratch?  this watch has a screw down crown; it is water resistant 100, I did have it cleaned as I   recall many years ago and at that time, they changed a seal   I don't know which one,   I the jewelry store changed my batteries for years. I know nothing of the insides of a watch like everybody else.

kind of like buying a used car. it's an older watch, so yes, as you can see in the photos, it's got some normal everyday wear. If questions let me know. And yes, the watch is in good running condition
