We use fast and reliable delivery services for all our customers. These deliveries include tracking information and are insured.
*INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: As we are based in the United Kingdom, there may be duties/charges and taxes to pay for deliveries outside the United Kingdom. For delivery to USA, eBay will collect sales tax for most US states during checkout. In addition to this, duties and taxes will be collected on all orders as determined by U.S. customs (there is no longer an $800 exemption). Other countries will have different thresholds and possible charges. We advise checking with your local customs authority to see whether your order will be taxable, and what additional charges may apply that are outside of our control.
**INTERNATIONAL POST: Most orders are sent using DHL Express delivery which normally takes less than 1 week to arrive. If this service is not available in your country (for example, deliveries to Russia), we will send with the postal service. Deliveries with postal service may take several weeks and can sometimes take months to arrive in some countries.
- International: DHL Express Worldwide where available (1-3 working days approx)
- International: For some destinations, we use tracked and insured postal service (1-3 weeks**)

Returns Policy
We offer a quick and easy 30 day returns policy (extended until mid January for Christmas orders). Simply send the item back to us in a brand new and un-worn condition for a full refund or exchange.
