This is a monumental Art glass vase from the 1980s - designed by Jan Beranek for Skodlovice, Czechoslovakia.  It has amazing controlled internal bubbles in the base and a sommerso cobalt blue upper bowl with clear casing. Decent wear on the base for that period but in perfect condition.  It's a stunning piece of glass by a great designer.
