Bronze, 70mm, designed by Erik Lindberg. Issued for the society’s centennial on October 25, 1908 

Obverse : Features a central inscription, SVENSKA LÄKARE-SÄLLSKAPETS STIFTARE, surrounded by medallions of the seven founders, including Jöns Jacob Berzelius and others. 

Reverse : Depicts an ornate fountain with a serpent symbol, inscribed with a dedication to the 100-year history of the society.
