New in the box SKF 6218 NR made in Canada has the snap ring flange. These are brand new in the box but they've been on the shelf for a while. They have a small amount of surface rust on some of the surfaces, but there is no surface rust that I can tell on the ball bearings or the rolling surfaces. Very minimum rust.
