Good Plus (G+) Moderate Normal Wear.  May have several scratches.  Music may have light distortions.

Good (G)   Heavy Wear. Played.  Several scratches.  Music has light distortions. 

Poor or Worn (P or W)  Significantly worn with skips or noise, repeats and/or scratching noises. Warped, cracked, or deep scratches. Covers are badly damaged or destroyed completely.
