This item is an antique bronze commemorative medal minted in France around 1832 to honor the Polish November Uprising of 1831.

The medal features a scene of two women in antique-style dresses symbolizing Poland and Belgium, with a figure representing religion binding them together.

The border includes the text "TU NE MOURRAS PAS, À L'HÉROÏQUE POLOGNE".

It appears to be an unfinished example as it is roughly cast. Size is 5.3cm in diameter.
