This listing is for a vintage 90s Y2K (00s) H&M brown leather field jacket tagged size large 44 inch chest.
It features the iconic M-65 field jacket 4 multipocketed construction design with zip through closure, that is a heavy duty double track, two way zipper that features two sliders enabling the jacket to be opened or closed from the top or the bottom. A button across storm flap to provide wind resistance, two button down breast pockets, two zip closure secure stow away pockets to the waist, button down mandarin band collar to clinch the neck in cold weather conditions, button down shoulder epaulettes and cuffs.
The jacket is structured with paneled sectioning to the back, shoulders and arms that creates a tailored, slim fitting silhouette that slightly tapers at the back.
The outer shell is made from 100% genuine leather and it is soft and supple with an aged patina that occurs naturally to real leather over time. The inner shell of the jacket is blanket lined for warmth and insulation and has two leather lined inside pockets. The jacket is tagged to the inside stating the outer is genuine 100% leather.
The jacket's 4 multipocketed design is inspired by the iconic Alpha Industries M-65 US field jacket, and this similar design aesthetic can also be found on the belstaff trialmaster and barbour international jackets. The style of this H&M jacket resembles very closely these classic and iconic staple outerwear models
Condition
The jacket is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear evident. The leather is soft and supple, the zippers and buttons are all original and working perfectly. The lining is clean and vibrant and there is still a spare button attached to the inside pocket. There are no faults, holes, rips stains or detracting issues to the garment.
This is an original item from the 90/00s and will show some signs of age which are naturally occurring characteristics of vintage items.

To fit chest sizes 42-44 inches - the jacket will be slightly looser fitting for a 42 inch chest and more fitted for a 44inch chest.
Measurements are taken when the garment is zipped up and fastened whilst laid flat.
