Old jars are utilitarian items, and normal light wear from use should always be expected.  There will always be light scratches and minor imperfections when jars are held up to bright light.  The Condition Description section above highlights anything more than this normal wear.

Pictures are always the best description, but pictures may not show every color variation or minor imperfection perfectly.
