cable lashing machine all parts are there both doors open and close but the middle will not spin anymore. was working fine 10 years ago ..my father passed away and we no longer need it. I am open to any offers and I am almost positive it can be fixed with minimal repairs as long as you know what your doing.for the price im asking you can have repaird and still make money off of it
