Preowned - DOES NOT COME WITH ITS POWER ADAPTER (you can easily purchase 1 off of eBay or Amazon) but it does also work on 3 C-size batteries (Not Included) - There is a thin scratch on the right side of this sign (see last pic) This scratch can be covered up with a fine model car paint brush and some red matching paint.  Overall this sign is in GOOD Condition, it does show some signs of wear. Also, the battery compartment door is missing its very tiny screw that prevents the battery compartment door from easily being opened - The door still securely closes without this tiny screw.
