AIRBAG NOT INCLUDED. For legal and safety compliance, you MUST transfer your original factory airbag module into this new steering wheel. Improper installation of airbag systems can be dangerous. We strongly recommend professional installation by a certified mechanic. The seller is not liable for injuries resulting from incorrect installation.
Installation Guide (General Overview)
Safety First: Disconnect the negative terminal of the 12V battery and wait 15 minutes to discharge capacitors.
Remove Airbag: Carefully release the retaining clips/screws on your stock wheel and disconnect the airbag/horn connectors.
Remove Stock Wheel: Unscrew the central retaining nut and remove the original steering wheel.
Transfer Components: Move your OEM airbag, horn button, and paddle shifters (if applicable) to the new carbon fiber wheel.
Connect Harness: Plug the provided adapter harness into the car's column and the wheel's contacts.
Mount & Torque: Slide the new wheel onto the splines, align straight, and torque the center nut to the manufacturer's specification.
Reassemble & Test: Reinstall the airbag, reconnect the battery, and test all functions (Horn, Buttons, Heating, Lights) before driving.
