Ring Sizing

This ring can be sized from sizes 4 to 8 for an additional fee.  For the best fit, we recommend having the ring sized by one of your local jewelers.  If you would like us to do the sizing, contact us with your size for pricing.  Sizing will take two to four business days, and sizing costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Payments

Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise.  We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special date, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.  To prevent fraud, items will be shipped only to the shipping address listed on the payment.  New shipping addresses can be added in eBay & PayPal prior to your payment. 

Purchases over $250 may require a signature for delivery.  If you need your item by a specific date, we offer Express Mail and FedEx shipping options.  Please note that Express Mail is a two day service for many locations. 

A sales tax of 6.5% will be required for all consumer purchases shipped to Florida.

Purchases will ship within one business day of receiving a cleared payment.  Most PayPal payments are cleared instantly, but may take up to 24 hours.  When sizing is required, items will be ready to ship in approximately two to four business days.

Returns

To ensure complete satisfaction, your order is protected by our 30 day return policy, and there are no restocking fees.  If you would like to return your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.  To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.  Sizing fees are non-refundable, except when free sizing is offered.

To return an item, simply use the return link in eBay to request a free return shipping label.  Please repackage everything securely, as it was received.  An extra envelope is included for returns.
