Ring Sizing

This ring can be sized from sizes 5.5 to 9 for an additional fee.  For the best fit, we recommend having the ring sized by one of your local jewelers.  If you would like us to do the sizing, contact us with your size for pricing.  Sizing will take two to four business days, and sizing costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Payments

Packages will be shipped with insurance, and purchases over $750 will require a signature for delivery.  If you need your item by a specific date, we offer Express Mail and FedEx shipping options.  Please note that Express Mail can be a two day service to some locations. 

Purchases will ship within one business day of receiving a cleared payment.  Most PayPal payments are cleared instantly, but may take up to 24 hours.  When sizing is required, items will be ready to ship in approximately two to four business days.

Returns

To ensure complete satisfaction, your order is protected by our 30 day return policy, and there are no restocking fees.  If you would like to return your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.  To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.  Ring sizing fees are non-refundable.
