Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise.  We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special date, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.  To prevent fraud, items will be shipped only to the shipping address listed on the payment.  New shipping addresses can be added in eBay & PayPal prior to your payment. 

Purchases over $750 will require a signature for delivery.  If you need your item by a specific date, we offer Express Mail and FedEx shipping options.  Please note that Express Mail can be a two day service to some locations. 

Purchases will ship within one business day of receiving a cleared payment.  Most PayPal payments are cleared instantly, but may take up to 24 hours.

Returns

To ensure complete satisfaction, your order is protected by our 30 day return policy, and there are no restocking fees.  If you would like to return your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.  To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.  Ring sizing and custom setting costs are non-refundable.
