Cosmetically this lens is average but it still takes great images, focuses faster than modern STM lenses has Image Stabilization.
Optically there is no haze, fungus, or scratches and the contacts are clean the focus and zoom turn well but are not like100% new
It produces sharp results and the IS works (2-3 stops for this era) which is what counts. A 3 part zoom like this will always suck in some dust and this is no exception but remember, dust in a lens is not like dust on a sensor and there is no effect on the final image for this amount.
