Condition:  the CB radio and mic are still in very good physical condition, like new, with only light surface staining on the radio.  The CB radio and mic actually look new and unused, but the box was opened, so i'm not sure of that.  I don't know anything about hooking up CB radios, so it is untested and sold as is.  The box is still in good shape with only light wear and tear.  Be sure and look over the photos carefully at the actual CB radio and mic you will get, because what you see is what you get. Most of the items I sell on Ebay are used and were purchased at Estate sales and auctions, so therefore, they are sold as is.  Questions are recommended if you are unsure of anything.  I will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
