Condition:

The die grinder and wrench are pre-owned with normal cosmetic wear but function perfectly. The carbide burr and wire brush are brand new. The tool has been well-maintained and oiled.

Note: A light sound of air movement when spinning the chuck by hand is normal for this type of vane motor. Once connected to air, it runs with full power.
