Acceptable antique used condition with obvious signs of age/use. Cover has staining & wear to edges & corners. Pages are yellowed with foxing in places and rough edges indicative of age. Some pages have pencil marks. Inner fly leaf has marks where a label of some sort has been removed. Still readable. Small text. Dates 1898. Family owned.
