I opened the box because I was going to use it because my printer was giving me a hard time so I set it up putting in ,my brother-in-law came over and got my other printer to work mine so I took it back put it in the box, I had just put the ink in so I put it back in the original containers. I never printed anything up with the original ink. All the paperwork is there. I put everything back in the box where how I got it so basically it was new cause I opened it, but never used it.
