Up for auction here is a used pre-owned Sotcher Measurement HI-POT Tester Model  IMS.   This item is in good cosmetic condition with usual signs of use such as scuffs, scrapes and scratches.   As you can see in the photos this unit did power up nicely.   Please ask questions before bidding. SHIPPING NOTE:    Your item will ship once payment has cleared our bank. It may take up to 5 or more days depending on the day and time that the listing ends and payment made.  All invoices will include insurance and tracking costs to insure the item is and will be fully covered in case damaged or lost during shipping. 

NOTE: If an item arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible so that we can place a claim with the shipping company. Do not send it back until the package has been inspected by the shipper company, otherwise the claim will automatically be denied by the shipping company no matter which company is used for shipping ( UPS, USPS FedEx etc.) They all require the original packaging material and box for them to inspect and has to be at the ship to location  (destination).
