You are buying a 9 piece set of  " Blue Willow" china of child's dishes.. Still generically sealed- Never used  I did cut the tape to make sure there weren't more plates & there are not- only 1  platter & 1 small plate or unringed saucer.No chips, cracks, etc. The small plate measures approx.   1 1/2"  in  open rim diameter.  No stains!!They could make an nice addition to your collection!
