How to use:
- Roll out your dough or pasta.
- Open the Dumpling Maker / Empanada Press and lay a sheet of dough or pasta under it.
- Press the Dumpling Maker and rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise until a perfectly sized round piece of dough is cut.
- Pick that cut round piece of dough up and place it on top of the Dumpling Maker / Empanada Press.
- For safe closing, add the right amount of your favorite filling according to the size of your Dumpling Maker.
- Moisten the edge of the dough with egg yolk or water before closing it.
- Flip up one side of theDumpling Maker to seal and crimp the edges, creating a perfect homemade ravioli/ pierogi/ dumpling.
