This is a never-been-used KATE SPADE New York large tote bag with the “Painterly Capri Lemon” print and espadrille bottom. It has leather (tan) handles and leather trim on front/back/top of bag, leather bow on front top area, gold-plated hardware, storage pockets inside (one zipper pocket with leather pull tab, and two other slip-in slit pockets) and also a storage slip pocket on the outside, and protective metal feet. It has a leather strap lobster clasp clip for extra closure on the top inside. The approximate measurements are 13” L x 11” H x 7” deep. The colors are yellow, greens, and off-white.  Tag states shell is 38% jute, 34% linen, and 28% rayon. The lining is 100% cotton.  RN # 0102760. I am including a Kate Spade signature dust bag (it says “She tucked her coral lipstick away and floated back to the party”).

The bag is in excellent, like-new condition. Please note there is a small mark inside (see close-up last photo); there is also a small braid trim piece on one side of the outer bottom of the bag but not on the other (it seems to have been made this way) – see photos 10 and 11.  I purchased the bag this way and never noticed it until taking close-up photos of the bag; there are no loose threads, pieces of braid, so I do believe the bag was manufactured this way.  I am discounting the bag even though it has no bearing on the look or quality of the bag; I want it to have a good home!
