* Johnson Viking Ranger VFO/XTAL switch: Rebuilt/new  CERAMIC VERSION. Existing factory switch frame with new CRL ceramic wafer and new rotor contacts, new stator contacts. 

   OR New CRL switch frame with custom contact configuration. 

    This rebuilt Xtal/VFO switch replaces the (often) worn out or broken phenolic VFO/Xtal switch.

* Applicability: Ranger 1 & Ranger 2. Ranger 1 wiring configuration 1 ( No Keyer or Modulator  Bias circuitry) or Ranger 1 wiring configuration 2 ( OEM Keyer & Modulator bias circuitry). Ranger II ( all versions).

* Switch supplied with applicable jumpers. ( Not shown), and mounting nut.

* Switch Jumpers required: Pins 3&4, Pins 5&6

* Replacement of the VFO/XTAL switch requires the ability to read a schematic, trace wire colors, install jumpers, extend interface wiring & solder in confined spaces.

* Keep in mind that Ranger  chassis wiring in this area is often a rats-nest, so tracking wiring and determining if the correct  circuit connections have been made can be a challenge.
