Decorative ceramic plate sold at Disney theme parks as part of their housewares merchandise.  Part of the Mickey's "Really Swell" Disney Blend Coffee line of products.  The design evokes the 1930s and features Donald Duck in his "long billed" state as he appeared in his earliest cartoons from that time period.  The plate is 9" in diameter.

One owner, displayed but never used for food or otherwise.  Good condition - see photos for details.
