This was a testimonial dinner sponsored by St. Anthony's Youth Center Lafayette College July 29th, 1978.  Signed by Larry Holmes. 

After researching this event Mohammed Ali was in attendance.   His signature is also on the inside photo of Larry Holmes.  This was signed in 1978, many of Ali's signatures from 1978 are similar. 

I do not  know the authenticity,  I just did some fun research.
