7 inch  45rpm has a slight warp which doesn't interfere with playback. Previous store's sticker on side one: See Photo.  Tested. Side One "Paranoid" is in very good plus condition. Side Two "Rat Salad" is in a strong very good condition. I am the original owner having bought it while visiting Belgium.The original sleeve is gone, however the 45 will be placed in a generic plain white paper sleeve or a premium master archival sleeve. Please see photos before bidding. The 45 will be sent in a box  providing protection to ensure safe delivery.
