This clock is in good vintage condition with typical age related wear and toning.
The glass is excellent with no chips or cracks or scratches. The dial is excellent. 
There are minor hairlines on some corners view photos.

This is a very rare model and was made between 1962-1974.
This model is commonly known as "Constellation"
