It was purchased new in August 1994 at a music store in Atlanta, USA.

The key is missing and therefore not included.
For indoor use only
Due to aging, the resin on the receiving side of the equalizer knob
The knob had deteriorated and fallen off, so I reinforced it with adhesive.
It's there. If you slide it, it comes off again.
Since this is highly likely, the equalizer should be on the amplifier side.
I recommend adjusting it with an effects pedal.
Currently, it is set to flat (±0).

Discoloration and tarnish on the metal parts of the pegs and hard case  
There is no rattling or muffled sound.
I've never turned the truss rod.
Probably the frets aren't worn down considering its age.
Confirmed to produce sound when connected to an amplifier. There was no crackling in the volume control.
Strings have been replaced (D'Addario EJ15 Phosphor Bronze Extra Light 010-047)
A set of new strings (D'Addario EJ13 Bronze Custom Light 011-052) will be included.
As this is an old item, there may be signs of age-related deterioration and minor marks.
