This is a fixed-price listing for the irons listed (not curlers or dryers etc), and the service covers all electrical faults (not cosmetic). The cost covers return postage. To purchase, simply 'Buy It Now' and send them to us in a padded-envelope, ensure the ceramic-plates are protected from the mains-plug. Remember to include your name, phone number and eBay user-name and, and include a note of the problems you are experiencing. Send them (drop-off/collection is not available) to the address below.
Use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (unsigned) as Royal Mail won't leave in our safe-place with some other services, and this will cause delays.

The ONLY ghd irons that we repair are models:
MK3 > 3, 3.1, MS, SS & SS2
MK4 > 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, SS4.0 & MS4.0
MK5 > 5.0, SS5.0 & MS5.0
Please don't send ANY other models. Note your model number will be printed on a label on the inner arm. Some models have a suffix 'B' or 'P' - both are included
This service includes a 3 month-warranty to work attended, return to base is at the customers' expense, return to customer is at ours

Although we have never had a pair of irons go missing, or become broken/damaged on their return, it's worth noting that the return service provider will only consider themselves liable for the cost of service (eBay purchase price), and NOT the cost of the irons, this is because we can't prove the content of the parcel. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.
