This is a clone of the famous Zvex Woolly Mammoth fuzz. It works well on bass and guitar and sounds huge. Little Bear is a one person shop that makes this and the R-Attack (rat) pedal clones, as well as some valve drives. 

This one has had very little use in the years I've owned it. It takes batteries or 9v power.
