Vintage set of Carmen adjustable sweetheart bracelet made by The D.F.B Co. and matching sweetheart necklace 
made by the Bates & Bacon Co. The sweetheart bracelet features a red/purple heart shaped stone.
 Inside the bracelet is marked DE-LUXE and THE D.F.B CO, CARMEN, MADE IN U.S.A.
 There are no other markings to indicate if it is gold-filled. 
There is some light tarnishing around the piece but otherwise in great condition. The bracelet weighs 25.7g. 
The necklace features a matching heart pendant on a gold-tone chain. Near the clasp is marked BATES & BACON. 
There are no other markings to indicate metal content. The necklace weighs 6.9g.
