Precautions
1. Ensure the power supply is connected correctly.
2. Make sure the drill chuck is securely clamped and the drill bit is properly aligned before drilling.
3. Ensure the pearl is securely clamped before drilling.
4. When drilling, clamp the pearl firmly and turn the rotation handle; confirm the pearl has rotated 180° before completing the hole.
5. If the drill bit fails to align with the center of the pearl, contact a professional to calibrate the machine.
6. Sharpen the drill bit regularly and replace it with a new one to ensure drilling quality.
7. If any screws are loose, tighten them before use.
8. Due to the layered structure of pearls, drilling directly through from one side may cause the pearl to crack. When using this machine, typically drill half the hole from one side of the pearl first, then drill the other half from the opposite direction along the same axis.
9. This is a precision instrument. To maintain accuracy, do not disassemble the machine unless you possess the necessary technical expertise.
