I’m looking to sell my beloved Sony Cyber-shot RX100 camera, as it is no longer in working condition and I cannot seem to fix it myself. As seen in the last picture, the camera successfully turns on and the lens extends, but before an image appears on the viewfinder, a pop-up message appears prompting the user to “Turn power off then on.” Turning the power off and then on again only repeats the cycle. I am happy to provide a video of this at your request. I am hopeful that someone more camera-savvy than I am will be able to fix it, because it is truly a remarkable camera.
