Published in a limited edition (500) bu Putnam and Co Ltd in 1945.
All volumes are illustrated by C F Tunnicliffe with woodcuts. All have a full page frontispiece and all except The Lone Swallows have several other full page engrvings as well as chapter headings etc. Lone Swallow has only smaller engrsvings in addition to frontispiece.
Corners of boards are slightly bumped - issued without dust wrappers.

Courier service to USA, Canada is £26; to Australia, Asia is £30
I only charge actual postage as close as I can estimate it. All parcels are insured in transit. Courier services such as Fedex may be cheaper than Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger parcels and I normally check the different options before sending an invoice. Always happy to combine postal charges if buying more than one item.
