This Nicks Handmade Boot Color 8 Cypress Workman Moc is inspired by construction and roofers’ footwear from the '60s and '70s, commonly found on job sites. This boot uses a rare batch of Color 8 Cypress leather by Horween®. This vegetable-tanned recipe applies the same traditional high oil and fat content extracts as Cordovan, lightly drum dyed with a natural core and aniline finish to retain the hide’s natural feel and remarkable grain characteristics. It is then hand-waxed for stout flexibility while allowing for a deep patina that highlights the innate qualities of the leather.
