I Will Wait For You (From: The Umbrella of Cherbourg) - QRS Word Roll #10-097, Played by George Holmes. This roll doesn't look like it's been played at all. It still has the backing tape on the start tab but it's been on the shelf for a bit with some age discoloration now showing on the Leader. 
Original box and label plus a replacement. FYI:
