CONDITION:

This M Sport leather steering wheel was removed from a 2018 M5 with ~79k miles. It is for vehicles equipped with Steering Wheel Heater (BMW option code: S248A) or Warmth Comfort Package front (BMW option code: S4HBA). The heating function is tested and working. It is NOT for cars with Driving Assistant Plus (S5ATA) or Driving Assistant Professional (S5AUA). The leather is mostly very soft and supple, with a few small white speck stains at the top of the wheel that did not clean off easily. Otherwise, there is no significant wear or discoloration. The stitching is tight and nice looking, and the spoke trim is smooth and undamaged. The buttons are crisp, and the backlighting illumination is tested and working. The paddle shifters are included as shown, and the wheel has no irregular bends. The airbag module is not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.

Which side does this part fit?
Left = Driver side, Right = Passenger side

Reference to driver/passenger side is for left hand drive cars, so for RHD vehicles (UK/Japan/Australia, etc.) please reverse the side indicated.

What does the production month mean?
When the fitment information includes a production month this means the part will only fit some of the cars within a given model year, depending on what month the car was manufactured. Production for the "model year" usually begins in September of the previous calendar year, so if you have a 1995 model BMW it will have been produced anywhere between 9/94 - 8/95. Some cars begin their production earlier than September, such as the first year production for a new model.

For example, if we say the part fits 04/95 - 99 it will fit those cars with a production date of April 1995 to 1999 model year cars. Or if we say the part fits 99 - 05/99 it will fit 1999 model year vehicles and up to and including those with a production date of 04/99.
