Tea For Two Cha-Cha (Norval Gallant Arrangement) - QRS Word Roll #9702, Played by J. Lawrence Cook. 
This roll
 is so new it hasn't even been played yet, still has the backing tape covering the hole in the start tab! Original box and label plus a replacement. FYI: QRS no longer lists this roll for sale. If you go out to youtube and search on wR8lu7xppXw you'll be able to hear all of it.
