With a full 16” of height for maximum protection in the deepest snow and muddiest stables, our Outfitter II is designed to keep dry when the conditions are at their messiest.
At its foundation is the same uncompromising Schnee construction that has defined our mountain pac boots for decades. Hand-selected 6 oz. oil-tanned American steerhide uppers are paired with premium imported, hand-laid vulcanized rubber bottoms for exceptional durability, water resistance, and long-term comfort.
What sets our Outfitter II apart is our Schnee Tire Tread (T/T) outsole. This chain-link tread pattern features shallower lugs that provide confident traction while shedding snow and mud, minimizing buildup as conditions soften. The result is a lighter, cleaner-running pac boot that excels in environments where traditional deep-lug outsoles tend to track debris. With a full 16" height, our Outfitter II offers maximum coverage and protection for deep snow, overflow, and muddy winter and spring conditions, while still maintaining a slimmer sole profile that fits easily into standard stirrups for horseback use.
