Cuddly Bill panda from Charlie Bears is the brother of Ben. He's made from tightly curled, woolly plush fur in light brown and creamy beige. His soft paw pads have stitched claws and just a little shading. Bill has big dark eyes with a little white felt backing, giving him extra expression, and a conker brown hand-stitched nose. He wears gold and cream cord bows, secured with a button.
