All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and be free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goodsare found to be used.

For the returned item, we have already incurred the postage cost to send them out. THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

For items that have been offered with free post & packing, a deduction of 20% of the sales price will be made before refund.

If you received the faulty item, please let us know within 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contacting us through Ebay messaging. We will provide you free postage label to return,n and we will send the replacement out on receiving the faulty one back.

For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as not called for because of a wrong address, or no one was home Or buyer is unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. In such cases,e we will only refund the price of Product not the postage cost, as we have already paid that for delivery. To arrange the second delivery buyer has to pay the shipping even on the listing where we offer free P&P, which is just for the first delivery. To arrange a second delivery buyer has to pay P&P.
