Vintage Bulova wrist watch with black dial and Arabic numerals. Watch also features sub seconds where hour "6" would be. Watch winds and ticks for a couple of seconds and then stops. The band has some slight ddiscoloration, and the silver on the case is chipping. There is some light rust on the hardware. There are no stamps or marks on the back of the case.
