USED but tested items will include a 90 dAY warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for testing. The item must be shipped back to us in it's original shipping container with all accessories, cables, software, documentation, etc. If the item is defective, we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item (customers choice). We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We will always leave positive feedback for you after you have left it for us. If you have any problems please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue immediately .
