BUYER GUIDELINES

· PAYPAL is the only form of payment we accept.

· All items you see listed are what we have in stock. Please check back often for different sizes, colors, and styles.

· We do not make a profit on shipping & handling charges. We charge you what it costs us to ship the items to you. Please be advised that all S&H charges are made clear to the buyer in the auction description before you bid or use buy it now. If you do not like the S&H charges we have listed, please do not bid.

· Item dispatch date is the day you pay or the following working/business day.

· For domestic orders (packages going to USA addresses), please allow 3-5 business/working days for delivery.

· For international orders (packages going to all non-USA addresses), please allow 7-21 business/working days for delivery. We ask all international buyers to please be patient with the delivery time of their item. There are many obstacles, such as customs control, that your package has to go through to get to you which may delay the time of delivery.

· Insurance is required on all international orders (packages going to all non-USA addresses). The cost of insurance is $1.50 (or £1.00) and it has already been factored into the shipping & handling price. It is a minimum price to pay for insurance and it is there to insure any problems with delivery of your item.

· If you have any problems with your order, please message us through eBay first using the eBay message system and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Do not leave negative feedback or bad detailed seller ratings before contacting us to resolve any problems that may arise with your order. We are here to make the customer happy and if you are happy we expect positive feedback and 5 stars in every category of the eBay DSR Ratings when you leave feedback.

· We offer combined shipping discounts. For SHOES, you pay the highest S&H + 25% off S&H on each additional pair of SHOES. For all other items, you pay the highest S&H + 50% off S&H on each additional item.

· All items sold as is stated in auction description. In the case of seller error, such as a mistake in the listing and/or you were shipped the wrong item, please message us through the eBay message system so we can negotiate a proper refund or exchange.

· When dealing with shoes, only USA addresses will receive the actual shoe box that the shoes come in. All other countries will receive only the shoes and whatever other contents were in the shoe box.

· Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges may be imposed and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
