Found this cool old cookbook and local business directory from Mitchell, South Dakota. It's got some classic recipes for nut filling and mocha icing on one side, plus some vintage ads for a treatment parlor and a grocery stores and more with 4-digit phone numbers. Definitely a neat piece of local history if you're into baking and cooking. It's got some wear and tear as you'd expect for its age, but the text is still super clear. Great for a scrapbooking project or just to display in a kitchen.
