This ORGSTA S001 Thermal Printer is new in the unopened box.  I can only tell you what is on the outside of the box.  I am listing it for a friend and I know nothing about this type of product.  She purchased it, decided not to keep it but was beyond her Amazon return date.  Included is a sealed box of 3 rolls white thermal labels (0.47"x1.57"x160pcs).
