For this item, it is new, and is sealed.

As with all my new and sealed items, please make sure you look at all the pictures posted.  Everyone considers damage, creasing,  etc, differently.  I will note anything obvious in the description. 

This set is sealed in plastic.  The box is in good condition with no major damage to it

If the item is vintage or current, you should understand it has been stored, displayed, or played with.   If they are vintage, i do not put anything on them other than a light wipe down.   Again,   please look at the pictures and zoom in for details as they are part of the description of the item.

Item(s) sold as is with no returns.  Again, please  see all photos prior to purchase as they are an important part of the item description and help show any potential paint wear, scuffs, marks or damage to the box that are common with used toys or boxes with new vintage type items.  Colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, camera exposure, monitor, or screen resolution.  Due to the size of the item, i reserve the right to ship either USPS, UPS, or Fed-ex.  By purchasing, you agree to this.  Your shipping charge does not change.  I’m always here to answer any questions and happy to help in any way I can if needed.
