This listing is for three 1970's United Airlines menu and recipe/food info cards.

1) Californian in-flight memu card with Peter Hayward's Telegraph Hill art on front. Menu prepared in United Airlines Flight Kitchen at Detroit, Robert D. Smith, Executive Chef. Approximately 5.25" x 6.38"

2) Cowboy's BBQ Beef and "With It"... describes how the BBQ beef was prepared and some "history " of the meal. Approximately 5.5" x 6.25"

3) Chicken Pot Pie story & recipe card. 5.5" x 6.25"

All three were found in travel materials from the 1970s from a trip to Hawaii. They are all in good, pre-owned condition. Please see pictures for details and condition.
